Mr Zach Besong has the following qualifications,skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bsc) , majoring in Mathematics from the University of South Africa(Unisa)
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Management from the  Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA);
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Property Development and Construction from Stellenbosch University;
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Management from MANCOSA
  • Master’s degree  in Business Administration(MBA) from MANCOSA;
  • Over 20 years of experience as Managing Director and other senior managerial roles;
  • Experience in establishing business goals and strategies;
  • Experience in ensuring corporate regulatory compliance and undertaking company researches;
  • Experience in the provision of advisory directives on property development;
  • Good understanding of corporate marketing , branding and product positioning;
  • Good understanding of risk management and business continuity;
  • Good understanding of Information Technology to enhance Business Processes;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ;

our financial analyst - Mr Emmanuel Molele

  • Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Commerce, majoring in accounting and financial management.
  • Holder of a three year internship training certification at an accredited training center.
  • Registered with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants(SAIPA).
  • Experience in Collecting and analysing financial data from various sources, including financial statements, accounting records, market research, and economic indicators, to assess the financial health and performance of the organization.
  • Experience in preparing financial models, forecasts, and projections to support budgeting, planning, and decision-making processes, incorporating assumptions, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses to assess potential outcomes.
  •  Experience in conducting financial analysis and interpretation of key performance indicators (KPIs), ratios, and metrics, such as profitability, liquidity, solvency, and efficiency, to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Experience in evaluating investment opportunities, capital projects, and business initiatives, performing cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculations, and risk assessments to assess feasibility and potential financial impact.
  •  Experience in providing insights on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures by performing financial due diligence, analysing financial statements, valuing assets, and assessing financial risks and opportunities.
  • Possesses strong ethics in maintaining confidentiality and integrity of financial information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls.
